L.L. Board Meeting
Aug. 17 - 6:00 p.m.

Welcome to Lake Lorman, a serene family

community of about 200 homes nestled

within seven gates on two lakes.

Little Lake Lorman, covering about 30 acres,

is reserved for fishing and small craft.  The

large lake, covering 160 acres, manages to

maintain great fishing while also serving as

sport for sailing, kayaking and skiing.

The community, lakes and roads are private,

restricted to lot owners, residents and their

guests.

The Clubhouse and Boat Ramp are located in

Gate One and may be used only by residents/

lot owners.

The wooded area features large shade trees

dripping with hanging moss and is home to a

variety of birds and wildlife.

For your safety and the safety of all who enjoy the water please review the image which shows the “No Wake Zones”, “Water Skiing Areas” and “Direction of Flow of Traffic”.
  • The yellow line roughly lays out in a connect the dots fashion the location of the buoys around the lake.
  • The red color indicates “No Wake Zones”.
  • The dark color indicates “Water Skiing Areas”.
  • The arrows indicate counter clockwise “Flow of Traffic of all Boats at Wake Speed”.
  • Do not move the buoys.
  • Do not tie boats to buoys.
It is suggested that we all review the Lake Lorman Lake and Boat Rules as a matter of safety and caution.
Remember: Boat Registration and Stickers!  If you have not registered your boat contact George Thrash, Board Member and Chair of the Lakes and Dams Committee.  601-750-7695.
