Lake Lorman Boating & Safety Rules
1. No keys to the boat ramp gates shall be duplicated or provided to any third party.
2. Only lot owners’ trailers containing a current decal may be used to launch or retrieve boats. All vehicles
with boat trailers not having a valid trailer sticker found parked on the corporation property in the
vicinity of a boat ramp will be towed at the sole expense of the vehicle’s owner.
3. Lessees (and their guests) of vacant lots or homes in the subdivision shall not be entitled to operate boats
on the lakes unless it is a lot owner’s boat when accompanied by the lot owner.
