Lot Owners may reserve the Clubhouse by contacting the Clubhouse/Social Committee Chair, Rick Anthony at 601.506.6618 to check for availability, pay the security deposit and sign a contract agreeing to the Lot Owner's responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:

Removing all trash from the Clubhouse area, not leaving it for garbage pickup.

Absolutely no cooking on any of the outside decks.
Clubhouse rental fee is $350.00 with one half due as deposit when making the reservation.
